
Getting back into the swing of things
I haven't ran for a while due to a recurring injury that I'm trying to get overcome but I'm excited to get back into motion of things and get out there. Covid 19 brought a lot of challenges and i needed to make some adjustments. Living in a busy city i opted for daily walks and i absolutely loved these as it allowed me to get some fresh air into my lungs and stretch my legs before my runs this got me in the right frame of mind.
