I'm currently vlogging my 90 day challenge to develop further as a man and lose 30 pounds in the process. I weighed 114kg at the start of March and aiming to trim down to 100kg with a lean athletic build that will enable me to build up my endurance muscles to go further in running.
Managing my schedule has got much better with the appointment of mentor guiding me through practices that will allow me to access the pathway to success i deserve. The day started with morning stretches, alignment exercises and a brisk 40 minute walk.
Getting settled down for work brought it's challenges so i opted for coffee. After a quick mini rest i began with my to do list that compromised for task for 'Runner's City and academia.
